HE Nadir Ahmed Mohamed Al Hammadi

Chairman, Abu Dhabi Aviation

H.E. Nadir Ahmed Mohamed Al Hammadi’s professional career began at Gamco in 1990. He held several posts in his steady career growth and was also instrumental in the establishment of GAMAERO, a joint venture of Gamco and Aerospatiale and served as its Executive Director. In 1996, he joined Presidential Flight and held several key management positions, responsible for Maintenance and Engineering. 

In 2007, he was appointed as the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Presidential Flight. In 2009, he joined Abu Dhabi Aviation Board as its Managing Director. Two years later, he was appointed as the Chairman of Abu Dhabi Aviation. 

He also holds the chairman’s post in Deco Vision and Tamouh Investment, while serving as board member in other private companies. 

Born in 1967, he graduated from Embry Aeronautical University in Florida, USA in 1990, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Electronics (Avionics). 

He completed his master’s degree in Engineering Business Management from Warwick University, London in 2002 and participated in ‘The Advanced Management Programme’ held at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France, in March 2007.
