Fatima Beyina-Moussa

CEO, Equatorial Congo Airlines (ECAir)


Fatima Beyina-Moussa is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Equatorial Congo Airlines (ECAir), the national airline of the Republic of Congo. She has been appointed CEO ever since the airline was formed in March 2011. 

A graduate of HEC-Montreal (Bachelor in Business Administration), Fatima also holds an MBA (University of Ottawa) and a Post-Graduate degree in International Economics (Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, Sciences-Po). 

Before ECAir was formed, Fatima served as the Economic and Reforms Adviser to the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Congo. In that capacity, she worked on the creation of the national airline and also managed the restructuring of the National Insurance Company in 2010.

Fatima began her career as a Financial Auditor with Ernst and Young, Congo. She later joined the Central Bank of Central African States (BEAC) as a Manager in various divisions, before her recruitment at the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Headquarters in New York as an Economist in the Special Unit for South-South Cooperation. 

ECAir operates flights from its Brazzaville base to domestic (Pointe-Noire & Ollombo), regional (Douala, Cotonou, Libreville, Dakar, Bamako) & intercontinental destinations (Paris, Beirut and Dubai).
