VistaJet acquires 6 Global 7500 jets via its parent company

VistaJet, the global private aviation company, will acquire up to six Bombardier Global 7500 private jets through its parent company Vista Global.

The first Global 7500 will arrive in the VistaJet fleet in January 2020, with the full order scheduled to be completed before the end of the year.

VistaJet says that it also holds options with Bombardier for a similar number of deliveries in 2021 and the following years and will exercise the options if it sees the demand from its clients.

“Vista Global is the first and only group to offer passengers access to the ultimate business flying machine, the Bombardier Global 7500. The 7500 is a truly unrivalled jet when it comes to speed, space and innovation, and being able to offer it to our members ensures that we continue to the lead the way in transforming the aviation industry,” said Thomas Flohr, founder and chairman, Vista Global.

VistaJet currently operates an all-Bombardier fleet that includes 27 Bombardier Global 6000s.

The company says that by adding the Global 7500 to its fleet, it will be the first time that its passengers will be able to fly directly between city pairs like New York to Hong Kong, or Singapore to San Francisco, adding that the Global 7500 will arrive 21% faster than the next fastest private jet.

“Since I founded my first aviation company, VistaJet, over 15 years ago, I have been seeking the highest standard to offer our customers a supreme flying experience, whilst being most cost efficient,” said Flohr. “We have led the change in the industry in providing our clients with the best fleet of aircraft and service, and today we are doing it again. We are designing the future of the aviation landscape. This exciting announcement comes just a month after Vista Global’s industry-changing commitment to implement the highest speed KU-band internet on board its fleet.”
