Coptersafety, a Finnish helicopter training center in Helsinki, will use MINT TMS, a web-based training management system.
MINT TMS allows instructors and trainees online access to their training schedules, electronic grading forms, reports, learning materials, and other training-related data. It simplifies the management of instructor allocation, classroom distribution and the planning and optimized flight simulator schedules.
“MINT will replace some of our legacy tools and will help to significantly increase the effectiveness and readiness of our entire training organization,” said Erkka Suvikumpu, CEO at Coptersafety.
MINT said its TMS system speeds up the training planning process with its scheduling capabilities. The software help training centers all over the globe.
The agreement includes the delivery of the MINT TMS premium edition. This is for training schedules, record management, e-grading, in-depth reporting and data analytics.
Germany-headquartered MINT will showcase its TMS system at the World Aviation Training Summit from April 28-30 in Orlando, Florida.
