Juergen Strommer

Juergen Strommer is the CEO of the Dabico Group, a US Corporation recently acquired by the Fernweh Group.

Strommer joined the Cavotec Group in 2007 and since then held various positions including COO for EMEA. There he also drove the Airports development in the Group with several major achievements for the company, the most noteworthy of which is Cavotec’s  milestone EUR 30 million turnkey projects for the Bahrain Airport Company, one of the largest orders in the Group’s history.

Within the vibrant ports and maritime sector, Strommer has also helped to develop the market for the automated  mooring  system,  Moormaster,  with landmark projects in the Middle East.

Prior to joining Cavotec, Strommer was the Director of Sales and Marketing ME for ThyssenKrupp, a major German Industrial, and worked with the Al Futtaim Group as General Manager.

Born in Stuttgart, Germany in 1970, Juergen has a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from MES Kirchheim  and  a  Master’s  degree  in  Business Management  from  GARP Stuttgart.
