Turkish Aerospace and Embraer have recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore potential industrial collaboration in Türkiye.
Embraer is actively on the lookout for new suppliers and partners globally to keep up with the increasing demand for its products. Turkish Aerospace is eager to utilize its strategic strengths in manufacturing and assembling both metallic and composite structures, as well as in the final assembly of fuselages, components, test and production flights, and painting.
The agreement sets the stage for a collaborative phase between the two companies, focusing on a potential comprehensive industrial partnership that includes research and development.
Mehmet Demiroğlu, CEO of Turkish Aerospace, expressed his enthusiasm, stating, “This memorandum is a significant milestone for the Turkish defense and aerospace industry.
