MA Group and Sichuan Haite Group officially signed a cooperation agreement at the 53rd Paris aerospace show in Paris, France. The parties will establish Joint Venture(s) in China and for implementing the MRO and manufacturing and R&D business for aircraft landing gears and aircraft composite components.

Established in 1991, Haite Group is an integrated group base on aviation and industry within China. Sichuan Haite High-tech Co., Ltd. under the Group is the first private aviation maintenance company, and the first listed company providing comprehensive aviation technical service within China. The company is mainly engaged in R&D&M of airborne equipment, test equipment, high-end equipment, test and maintenance of aviation machinery, electronic equipment, aero engine maintenance, airframe overhaul and modification, training for pilots, flight attendants and maintenance personnel, aviation finance lease, integrated circuit chip manufacturing, general aviation services, gas turbine projects and more.

Founded in Italy in 1936，MA Group is currently a global leading aerospace technology and manufacturing company. It has developed into the world’s fifth largest producer of landing gear and a leader in the field of aviation composite materials. Their business involves all aspects from the design to the development of key components of aircraft, including the R&D and manufacturing of general aviation aircraft, landing gear and aircraft composite structure components. They have a complete integrated production service capability in the aerospace field, covering all stages from design to indoor test and service maintenance.

This agreement – said Giorgio Iannotti, Senior Vice President MA Group – gives the possibility to increase our network in MRO, to develop a Repair Station for the needs of our customers and to acquire new ones in Asia market. This jv with Haite Group will be also the possibility to introduce Sky Arrow in the Chinese General Aviation market, as a platform for different Aerial Working Missions – concluded Mister Iannotti.

This project is a powerful combination of two parties. On the strengths of Haite Group’s technology and market resources in aviation industries as well as MA Group’s advantages in R&D and manufacturing of aircraft landing gear and composite components, two parties will build up an integrated service mode in Asia-pacific region of research and development, manufacturing, sales and post-sales service for both aircraft landing gears and composite components, providing customers with high-quality products and technical supports. Furthermore, the project will also provide two parties with further improvement in relation to management, market resources, products, services, technologies and talents, realizing complementary and interactive development of business and bringing new opportunities and vitality to the development of both sides.
