Embraer Executive Jets has expanded its authorized service network by partnering with Fly Across MRO at Mexico’s Toluca facility. Fly Across MRO will now provide maintenance, inspection, and repair services for Embraer aircraft operators in the region, following a thorough evaluation to ensure compliance with Embraer’s stringent quality and safety standards.

Fly Across MRO will offer comprehensive maintenance, inspection, and repair services, including support for Embraer’s executive jet operators. The facility will handle maintenance and cabin conversions, inspections, and repairs, becoming a key regional service provider.

This expansion is part of Embraer’s ongoing investment in its global MRO capabilities. Recently, Embraer added new maintenance lines in Dallas, Cleveland, and Sanford, Florida. The company’s extensive service network now includes eight Embraer-owned service centers and 44 authorized service centers across the Americas, totaling 74 centers worldwide.

The new partnership further strengthens Embraer’s ability to deliver reliable, high-quality support to its customers, ensuring aircraft operators have access to comprehensive maintenance solutions wherever they operate.
