Queen Alia International Airport (QAIA) has welcomed the first flight of Edelweiss Air from Zurich.

Edelweiss Air will operate two weekly flights on Sundays and Thursdays to Amman then Aqaba, with return flights to Zurich scheduled the next day on Mondays and Fridays.

“We are delighted to be boosting QAIA’s airline network this early on in the year by establishing an additional direct connection to a major European city like Zurich, enabling Swiss travelers to visit Jordan aboard a carrier known for flying to only the most captivating holiday destinations.
