Mr. Dalsgaard is the Chief Financial Officer of GomSpace A/S since 2014 and holds a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Aalborg University (Aalborg, Denmark). He has prior assignments as a partner at Ejendomsselskabet Vrensted IVS until 2018, Nørmølle Holding ApS until 2017, and Skallerup Supply IVS, Skallerup Teknik IVS and Skallerup Byggeri IVS until 2014. Mr. Dalsgaard also held the position of interim financial manager of Aalborg Boldspilklub A/S and has experience in internal auditing from both EY and PwC. Presently, he is a partner at Skallerup Management, partner and CEO of Skallerup Invest ApS, board member at Roblight A/S.

Additionally, Mr. Dalsgaard holds 1,000 direct shares in the Company along with 293,300 indirect shares through Skallerup Invest ApS on top of 10, 345 vested warrants issued under the incentive program implemented in 2017. His related persons such as children hold 3,000 additional shares as well.
