William (Bill) Blair is the Vice President and Chief Executive for Lockheed Martin in India. He leads the growth and development of the company’s business in India and serves as the executive representative for all of Lockheed Martin’s programs, products, and services in the country. He reports to Timothy Cahill, Senior Vice President for Lockheed Martin International. Blair was Vice President, Strategic Solutions and Middle East Executive with Lockheed Martin’s Space Systems where he led and developed s t rategic solutions and expanded business opportunities in countries within the Gulf Cooperation Council, and Israel. In a career spanning 30 years, Blair has held roles of increasing responsibility, with global assignments including in India, which was based on several prior occasions.
