Joshua Marc Hebert – Founder and CEO, Magellan Jets

In his 25 years of experience in finance, marketing and aviation have taught Marc anything, it is that great relationships are the keys to success. Creating connections with customers is what fuels his passion for Magellan Jets.

“Where I’ve had the privilege of uniting people across the world through private aviation ever since we launched in 2008.

“During my time as Founder and CEO, I have had the honor of learning from the best and brightest minds on the Magellan Jets’ team, as well as industry titans and global change makers we have had the pleasure of serving each and every day,” says Marc.

These crucial relationships with colleagues and clients are what inspires him. Continually learning, innovating and cultivating connections are the foundation on which Marc has built his career, beginning with his time in the world of finance on Wall Street at Paine Webber/UBS and Shearson Lehman Brothers. After leaving investment banking for advertising, he started to learn how to think outside the box, which helped him to lead a highly successful marketing team at America City Business Journals. Applying what he has learned to private aviation, he founded Jets International in 2001, where he successfully aided customers in achieving their goals, as well as optimizing their operations and revenue. Overall these experiences have taught himl how to be a better leader, a better businessman and a better person.

“In addition to helping clients through Magellan Jets, I aspire to be a positive influence for my family, friends and community. Currently I serve as Chairman on the Magellan Jets Board and Founding Chair of the Alumni Advisory Board for Raising a Reader Massachusetts. I’m also a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and George Washington University’s Advisory Board for Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times, as well as the former Chairman of the Air Charter Safety Foundation (ACSF),” he said.
